In the Netherlands, the new AirPods are only available from today (October 26), but a few American tech sites were allowed to work with the earplugs earlier. We have summarized what they think of the AirPods 3 below.

The Verge

The Verge is especially pleased with the new design of the AirPods. The third generation has shorter stems than the predecessors, making them somewhat similar to the AirPods Pro. According to tester Chris Welch, the AirPods 3 sit much more firmly in your ears and, not unimportantly, they fall out less quickly.

The website claims that the difference between the ‘regular’ AirPods and the Pro version is now so small that Apple will merge the two products in the future.
