Do you have Windows 11? Then you can install the Android application

The official Microsoft blog posted information that Android applications can now be tested on Windows 11. You have to be registered with Windows Insider and meet hardware requirements that are not extra demanding.

Android applications on Windows 11 are now available

So if you are interested in testing Android applications in Windows 11, you will need to have a computer with at least 8 GB RAM, SSD and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8c, AMD Ryzen 3000 or Intel Core i3 8th generation processor. Hardware requirements are always a bit confusing and it is not yet clear whether they are recommended or necessary. There are older generation processors whose gross performance is better than the 8th generation Core i3.

Another necessary requirement (at least for now) is You will also need a US account to access your computer’s region of the U.S. and access the Amazon Appstore. There are currently around 50 apps available at this store, and more will be added in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not yet indicated whether applications will be installed in other sources in the future. The applications themselves can be downloaded via the Amazon Appstore.
