Philips launches premium wireless earphones with ANC, 35 hours of music
Philips has introduced its Fidelo T1, new wireless earphones that boast a premium design, long battery life and active noise canceling (ANC). These earphones belong to the high price segment and are for sale from 299 euros.
Philips Fidelo T1
The Fidelo T1 is a new pair of wireless earphones from Philips that has to compete with other products in the high price segment. They use 10mm drivers, according to a press release, and a so-called two-way design that should provide warm and natural tones. According to Philips, the earphones must have a clearly present, but accurate bass. The brand also supplies the ears with six types of silicone earplugs and three Comply foam earplugs.
Another point that Philips focuses on is active noise cancelling, because each earpiece uses an arrangement of three microphones for this. They should pick up the background noise so it can be filtered out, and there are multiple ANC modes you can use.

35 hours of music listening
The Fidelo T1 should be able to play music for 9 hours if you use ANC and it’s 25 hours together with the charging case. If you turn off your ANC, you can listen with the earphones for 15 hours, and they last for 35 hours together with the battery capacity of the case.
The earphones come with touch controls and work with the Google Assistant. You can easily pair them with Fast Pair technology, but it is not known whether they can also work with multiple devices at the same time, also known as a multipoint connection. In any case, they do come with the necessary bluetooth 5.2 technology. The Fidelo T1 also support LDAC support, which is a codec for high-quality sound.
Price and availability
The Philips Fidelio T1 wireless in-ears are available from December for a suggested retail price of 299 euros. The ears are finished with brushed metal, while the case is made of Muirhead leather. You can get them in a black or brown color variant.
