Google has prepared huge rewards for the creators of YouTube Shorts

Google intends to spend this amount to support the recently announced YouTube Shorts format, which is to compete with Stories or Stories from other platforms. Of course, successful content creators are used to similar rewards. Whether thanks to the profit from the sold ads from the platform operators, or thanks to the position of the contracted influencer. However, it is not quite common for the platform to pay directly to the authors. The whole support campaign has, of course several basic conditions. The creators must be primarily from the ten countries selected so far. These are Brazil, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Africa, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, the USA and the United Kingdom.

Google will award a monthly reward of $ 100 to $ 10,000 based on several criteria. The company will of course be interested mainly the reach of the videos and their overall viewership in the country. The metrics will not be exactly the same for all creators. The American giant wants to also look for quality and originality.
