Party in the kitchen: ‘These cookbooks hit the mark’
I have always enjoyed cooking and have been expanding my collection of cookbooks more and more recently. Enjoy standing in the kitchen, serving up something delicious and dining with nice people. Or just for some inspiration on rushed days: these cookbooks are super nice and have saved me several times on days when I really didn’t know what to make next.

Easy
You can’t go wrong with this Ottolenghi cookbook. The dishes are easy to make, yet surprising and they look like you’ve put your best foot forward in the kitchen. Note: a lot of spices are used that you may not have at home as standard. Buy once at the supermarket and you can go ahead with it for a while.

Pasta
After countless evenings on the terrace at Spaghetteria, you can now also prepare these pastas at home with their own cookbook. Pasta is on the menu a few times a week, so this book is top notch. Super easy to make, but also surprising pasta combinations that I wouldn’t think of myself.
This makes me happy
Tasty Miljuschka
This is the first cookbook by Miljuschka Witzenhauzen that I bought and it’s great: clear descriptions, beautiful photography and cheesecake recipes to lick your fingers. Tip: Miljuschka recently launched a magazine with a combination of recipes, photography and a personal touch. You must order editions in advance, because no more are printed than are ordered. The Kek Mama colleagues were very happy with the hazelnut cake I made from it.

Jamie Oliver 5 ingredients
The advantage of cooking with only five ingredients is that it is affordable and is on the table very quickly. I have served the pasta with rosé and shrimps several times and now I make it on autopilot.
I feel like cooking right away
indo rock
If you have time to spend a little longer in the kitchen, this book is great. Provided you like Indonesian flavors, of course. In addition to the recipes, I enjoy the beautiful photography and background stories with the meals. It takes a little more time to prepare, but then you have something.
