In November last year, Huawei decided to sell its subsidiary to other hands. Due to many bans associated with America, Huawei could not focus on two brands at once, which was a radical but sensible move. Honor is now making its own way as an independent smartphone manufacturer. He is going to present his own folding model, reports the GizChina web portal.

Since Honor no longer has much to do with Huawei, it can trade with US giants such as TSMC, Qualcomm and Google itself. Not so long ago, the V40 phone was introduced, but it still belongs to Huawei, so it still does not have services from Google.

Honor Magic is a series of smartphones that shows how the manufacturer imagines the perfect smartphone. This time, under this mysterious name, there will be a folding model. In addition, according to a leakster from the Chinese social network Weibo, we should also look forward to two smartphones. The first came from the low class and the second from the middle class. Maybe it will be a series of Honor 11, respectively 10a and their other variants.

The upcoming flagship will bear the designation Honor 40 and will be powered by a new, very powerful processor. The model should also stand out from the crowd thanks to its above-average cameras. Honor will now also use the shifts that Huawei was able to create with the cameras. It should be revealed during May or June. Incidentally, the mentioned chipset inside the device could be either Dimensity 1200 from the MediaTek workshop or Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.

The “new” Honor will obviously not be limited in any way, and the brand will probably be grateful that its parent company Huawei has finally given up. What do you think about this step?
