Winners and losers of the grand finals
Europe has decided, and quite clearly. – The Eurovision Song Contest took place again this year to celebrate music internationally. You can find all the winners, losers and special moments of the Grand Prix in this article.
An evening of great music comes to an end and an old hand is at the helm: Swede Loreen won the ESC again. She won the hearts of Eurovision fans back in 2012 with her song Euphoria.
Their song Tattoo managed to reach those hearts again. Already in the jury voting, she was able to build up a large lead of 340 points. The one so secured 1st place was only briefly contested by Finland during the public voting, but she brought him back with another 246 points. So that she is another candidate on the list of multiple ESC winners alongside Irishman Johnny Logan.

Enthusiasm for breaks thanks to ESC stars
While the votes were being cast and tallied, Britain presented a Medley of well-known songs, sung by ESC stars from the past few years. Playlist on the official ESC channelThese covers can also be found in . The following artists presented the songs:

Also gathered during the performance of Duncan Laurence the entire Eurovision team on stage, to spread the message of the song to all people. In particular, the Ukrainian viewers, who were tuned in live from Kiev, where the ESC was supposed to take place.
Before this cover medley, however, another ESC star was found on stage: Sam Ryder, the British act of 2022, did the honors again, accompanied by several physically impaired dancers and none other than Roger Taylor, Queen’s drummer.
Between the performances, in addition to the short overviews of the evening’s acts, there were also a number of interviews, including with the Australian commentators and a group of Ukrainian refugees. The concluded with a message from ABBA, who, with their success story, encouraged the participants that great things could also come from their appearance at the ESC.
Germany’s appearance more blood than glitter
Although their style was an innovation for German ESC candidates, Lord of the Lost could with their song Blood & Glitter not prevail over the competition. The dark rock band didn’t really stand out in the crowd, which made them a complete drab.
This was also reflected in the voting: they received a total of 3 points from the juries (two from Iceland and one from the Czech Republic) and the public voting gave them just 15 points. This lands Germany again far behind in last place.
