The iPhone 15 would have frosted glass on the back and a blue-green (cyan) color
Apple has planned several changes for the iPhone 15 Pro, but the standard model and the Plus model will not be forgotten. If a new leak is to be believed, it will feature frosted glass and a blue-green (cyan) colorway.
On Weibo, a leaker who has already proven himself in the past (he had notably mentioned the yellow iPhone 14 before the official release) announces that Apple will use frosted glass on the back of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. In comparison, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have a glossy glass back, while Apple uses a textured matte back on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
If Apple uses a new frosted glass process for the rear glass of the iPhone 15, it could suggest design changes for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Pro phones should have a titanium part. Apple may use a glossy finish for the back glass to complement the matte edges. It’s not confirmed yet though.
The same leaker ensures that Apple will offer a blue-green (cyan) color this year, again for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. According to him, the color will be similar to the green found on the iPhone 12 and 12 mini. For once, it is a light green.
