Inflation is causing problems for many people and the topic of saving is playing an increasingly important role. That’s why we present our savings tips every first Monday of the month, which hold savings potential in everyday life.

This is how you can save money in March 2023

1. Up to 15 percent discount on Amazon vouchers

At Amazon you currently get different discounts on the coupons with other providers. For example, you get a 15 percent discount on prepaid cards from Adidas, Uber and RTL Plus. Zalando vouchers are also discounted by ten percent.

If you buy a voucher from Apple or Airbnb worth 100 euros, you will receive an Amazon credit worth ten euros. The same applies to the purchase of 60 euro Spotify credit. The promotion runs until April 9, 2023.

2. Save money in April: Three free editions of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sunday newspaper

By April 30, 2023 you received three issues of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sunday newspaper read for free. You can choose between the digital and the printed version.

You also get access to all articles with paywall. If you no longer wish to subscribe to the newspaper, you can cancel it one week before the expiry date.

3. New customer discount: Save 20 percent on Flixxbus and Flixtrain

Flixbus currently offers a 20 percent voucher for journeys for the Flixbus or Flixtrain. On a promotion page you have to enter your cell phone number and e-mail address. After a subsequent confirmation by e-mail, you will then receive a code that is valid for one month.

However, the promotion only applies to new customers. This means that you will not receive a voucher, for example, if you have already made bookings with your mobile phone number and e-mail address. However, the offer cannot be redeemed during the holiday and Easter period from April 5th to 11th.

4. Ebay: Ten percent on tires

Just in time for the tire change season, Ebay is offering a ten percent discount Tires of all kinds. You can even redeem the code “BEFREIUNG23” twice per person. The voucher is not only valid for summer tires but also, for example, for all-season tires and winter tires.

Balanced, ready-to-mount complete wheels are also included in the deal. The maximum discount is 50 euros. The promotion runs until April 5, 2023.

5. Save money with Vodafone: 20 percent discount on mobile phone tariffs

From March 1, 2023, Vodafone will launch a new one discount promotion. The promise: A significant saving on various mobile phone tariffs. During the campaign period, the end of which is not yet known, new customers will receive a discount of 20 percent.

The campaign applies to the GigaMobil and GigaMobil Young tariffs, but only for the basic fee. This means that the charges for an additional device in the tariff do not decrease. Despite the hefty discount, a comparison with other providers could still be worthwhile.
