Twitch bans gambling streams

Policy update on October 18th
In order to prevent the “streaming of gambling sites that contain slot machines, roulette or dice games”, the video platform wants to update its guidelines on October 18, 2022. This applies to all sites that are licensed in the US and other countries and do not have adequate consumer protection.
This includes gambling sites like stakes, roll bit, duelbits and Roobet. According to statistics tool data TwitchTracker gambling streams are almost as popular as classic video game streams.
