Nice reading
If your child is not such a daredevil, you can stay on the ground and enjoy a few nice summer stories safely on the couch. Especially for the summer holidays, three well-known writers – Tosca Menten, Manon Sikkel and Maren Stoffels – have launched an online platform. A new chapter appears online every holiday week, for group 3&4, group 5&6 and group 7&8.
The stories are set at your child’s own school, because the teacher can fill in the names of the director, janitor and himself. And of course the exciting cliffhanger at the end is not missing.

Zookeeper for one day
With a day at the zoo you always make your child happy. But it becomes even more fun when he can walk behind the scenes with one of the zookeepers. It is possible in the Zie-ZOO care zoo in North Brabant. You prepare the food for the animals, you can feed the animals yourself and you visit places where you normally do not come as a visitor. Afterwards you take your animal care diploma home with you.

cave climbing
Can’t keep your child away from one of the climbing halls in our country? Then take it with you to the caves in Valkenburg – because nothing is more fun than a clambering trip via stairs and ladders in a real cave. At the fairytale castle ruins you descend again into a thirty meter deep old well.
And, don’t worry: all this is of course under supervision. Minimum height to participate is 1.30 meters.
