In the overall TOP 50 ranking, the operator ranked 24th. He left the nearest competition behind. 4ka gained this position mainly thanks to attractive prices and many Slovaks appreciated the simple and clear communication without unnecessary additions.

The main motive for the current survey was the ongoing pandemic. The coronary crisis has brought several new trends to the customer experience, such as increased support from local manufacturers and increased interest in online security as purchases have moved into the online environment.
