11 Bit Studios announce Frostpunk 2 -apkrig

After the DLC series, the Polish team 11 Bit Studios announced the title of Frostpunk 2. The sequel to the award-winning survival game, which combines elements of building strategy and the manager is set 30 years after the events of number one. At the command, you will again have an entire city in which you have to meet the demands and expectations of different factions, while growing tensions threaten to escalate into open conflicts.

Jakub Stokalski from 11 Bit Studios says to the novelty that they want to overcome the first part. Almost 70 people are currently working on the project, thanks to which they can have much greater ambition. At the same time, however, they want to create more than an “ordinary” sequel. We are supposed to expect many elections and at the same time great freedom to shape our society and city at will. But of course, according to the authors, we will have to face the consequences of our decisions.

Frostpunk 2 will again build on the same conflicts as its predecessor. It is an endless battle between survival and human values, between life and death, represented by frost. But the authors also want to add a new layer, whether it is politics or social and technological progress. And salvation should no longer be coal, but oil. It is also interesting to mention that Frostpunk 2 is only one of three games currently being developed in the Warsaw team.

Frostpunk 2 already has an official website and profile on Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store. The game is currently only announced for the PC, but the first part also arrived on the console and even mobile phones, so we would not rule it out here either. And if you haven’t played it, you have the perfect opportunity to try it. From today until August 16, Frostpunk is temporarily free on Steam when the news is announced. The first volume sold over 3 million copies.
