100% Applemaniac technosaurs, the Ulule campaign
As you know, at Android-MT we are not really fans of Apple mobiles. We must nevertheless qualify a little, because the Apple brand is a major icon of the beginnings of consumer computing with legendary computers like the Apple II, the Macintosh, but also more recently with the iMacs or the G4. The magazine Technosaursspecializing in computer paleontology, is launching an Ulule campaign for a special issue: 100% Applemaniac.
This issue presents 24 Apple machines that have marked the history of the Apple: from the Apple I to the sunflower iMac. For each machine, the editorial staff evokes its creation, its design, the internal conflicts, the failures, the hesitations. This issue also evokes many often overlooked anecdotes.
140 pages of Apple History
The editorial staff will discuss the departure of Steve Jobs, forgotten machines, unfinished projects and many other things. In addition to this 100-page double issue, the 100% Applemaniac comes with a 40-page bonus issue. The latter will come back to several additional elements: keyboards, mouse, AppleTalk, different designs, etc. This funding via Ulule, with several levels depending on your degree of involvement (and rewards), must be used to support the production of the Applemaniac number + the bonus number.
That’s coconut press!
If you know a little about the specialized print media, you know that the realization of a magazine of this magnitude takes time, requires multiple photo shoots and equipment. This support will also help maintain the Apple collection of Technosaurs. Beyond this specific project, the Ulule campaign helps the magazine Technosaures to exist and to offer 2 issues per year. If by chance this special magazine interests you, do not hesitate to support the project by following this link…
