You will soon be able to transfer WhatsApp conversations from Android to iOS
If you switch from an Android phone to an iPhone, it is difficult to take your old conversations in Whatsapp with you. That may soon change. WhatsApp is working on an easy way to migrate your chats from Android to iOS.

WhatsApp simplifies the transition from Android to iPhone
You can already transfer your WhatsApp conversations from Android to iPhone with certain tricks, but it is not very easy. Fortunately, the chat service is working on a simpler way to achieve this. That discovered WABetaInfo in a new trial version of the software. You will soon need the Move to iOS app.
As shown in the screenshots below, you can only import your conversations when you first install the app on your iPhone. So it is not possible to do that later. Whether and when WhatsApp will officially roll out this feature is still unknown.
The other way around is already possible. For some time now you can transfer WhatsApp from an iPhone to a device with Android 12. There is an important limitation: it only works if your smartphone runs on the latest version of the operating system out of the box. An exception are the devices from Samsung. All Galaxy smartphones with Android 10 or higher are suitable for this.
