You can now choose a specific vaccination date and time yourself. Even via mobile

The Ministry of Health is coming up with the requested novelty. From now on, it is possible to select a specific date and time when registering for the vaccination, instead of waiting for the deadline allocated by the system, informs the National Center for Health Information. The only condition is to select a maximum of 5 districts in the form.

It is possible to register if you go to the first or third booster dose. The date for the second dose will be given to you automatically. Of course, it is still possible to use the vaccination option without registration.

At present, all residents from the age of 5 can be vaccinated. The third dose is available to people over 18 years of age at the earliest 2 months after the administration of the single-dose vaccine and at the earliest 3 months after the administration of the 2nd dose of the two-dose vaccine.

Vaccination registration procedure for a specific time

The first dose

Before completing the registration form, have the following information ready:

• name and surname
• birth number, BIČ or other identification data
• the name of the insurance company
• phone number and email address
• address of residence: street, descriptive number, postcode and municipality / city.

1. Go to the page vakcinacia.nczisk.sk/registracia
2. Fill in the required information and click on the “Continue” button
3. Choose in which district you want to be vaccinated
4. Select a vaccine and the “Choose a specific date and place” option below
5. Choose one of the available dates at the vaccination site that suits you best
6. Please check your information and submit your registration by clicking on the “Register” button.

The third dose

Before completing the registration form, have the following information ready:

• birth number, BIČ or other identification data
• PIN or date of last vaccination together with the name of the vaccine given

1. Go to the page vakcinacia.nczisk.sk/registracia-3-vlna
2. Enter birth number and PIN (or date of last vaccination and name of vaccine given)
3. Choose in which district you want to be vaccinated
4. Select a vaccine and the “Choose a specific date and place” option below
5. Choose one of the available dates at the vaccination site that suits you best
6. Please check your information and submit your registration by clicking on the “Register” button.

Change of assigned date

If you registered for the vaccination before the introduction of the news and you have already been assigned a date that does not suit you, you can choose another on the page vakcinacia.nczisk.sk/zmena. Initially, you would return to the waiting room and the system would give you another date, but now you can choose it yourself. If necessary, it is also possible to cancel the registration and apply for the vaccination later.
