Owners of Huawei and Honor models without Google services can now easily save certificates for vaccination, testing or overcoming COVID-19 disease in their smartphones without any major problems.
The GreenPass and VšZP applications have been added to the official Huawei AppGallery store in recent days. The Trust application has been available for a long time.
The trio stores certificates and helps verify them when traveling or visiting shops, services and other facilities. The aim is to make it easier to verify certificates by scanning QR codes so that you do not have to carry different papers with you.
In practice, you can reach for the state application GreenPass or you can choose the application of your health insurance company. The second option usually brings with it access to various services and functions of the insurance company.

VšZP application: Verification also through facial biometrics
In addition to the EU digital COVID card, policyholders will also find a number of other useful functions in the mobile application of the General Health Insurance. There is, for example, a digital card of the insured, the possibility to check arrears on the premium and pay them immediately, or to verify who pays the premium for me.
The application also offers an overview of doctor’s visits and examinations, as well as, for example, a calendar of preventive examinations, thus helping users to take a responsible approach to their health.
The VšZP mobile application can also be activated using facial biometrics. Facial biometrics verify the identity of the client without having to visit a branch or pharmacy.
