Xiaomi recently introduced and launched a new series of televisions with the P1 models. In terms of price, these were slightly higher than the Mi-4S models. Xiaomi has now reduced the price for a few days as part of a campaign, which makes the new generation more attractive.

Xiaomi sells P1 televisions with discounts of up to 150 euros

When Xiaomi presented the new P1 TVs, we were a bit surprised by the pricing. A 55-inch TV with 4K resolution for 699 euros is already a decent announcement. Technically, a lot has been added and the image quality is said to have also improved thanks to Dolby Vision and HDR10 +, but “only” a 60 Hz panel is still installed, which is illuminated from the side by Edge LED. In the current promotion of Xiaomi does have a lot of discounts. This results in the following prices:

  • Xiaomi TV P1 with 50 inches for 499 euros instead of 599 euros

If even the 43-inch TV is too big for you, you can use the Xiaomi TV P1 32-inch for 249 euros instead of 299 euros (see it on Xiaomi). But here you suddenly get only one HD display instead of the 4K panel of the other TVs in the P1 series. All use Android as the operating system, so that you can access all apps and streaming services.

Alternatives to the Xiaomi Mi TV P1

Even if the discounts for the Xiaomi P1 TVs are generous, the prices for the performance remain relatively high. You can buy the new televisions if you really want a Xiaomi device that looks particularly stylish and runs with Android. Otherwise you get from Hisense currently has a very similar 55-inch 4K TV for just 469 euros (look at Amazon). All you have to do is activate the discount of 30 euros on Amazon. The other sizes are also significantly cheaper than the Xiaomi TVs with a discount. So here you should look very carefully to see whether the purchase is worthwhile or whether an alternative is the better choice.
