WhatsApp’s latest beta lets you choose the app language yourself
A new beta version is ready for WhatsApp. In the latest version it is possible to change the language. This puts the messaging service ahead of Android 13.
WhatsApp in other language
We previously wrote on DroidApp that Google is working on a function in Android 13, which allows applications to be set in a different language. If you want that with an app, you should always put the language of the entire phone in a different language. But if you want a single app in a different language, that’s not possible until now. This should change with the new Android version.
It is clear that WhatsApp will not wait for this. In the latest beta version of the chat app, users will be given the option to customize the language of the application. So you don’t have to wait for Android 13 for this, and you can change the language directly in WhatsApp. To do this, go to settings in the new version and you will immediately see the option to change the language. It is expected that WhatsApp will roll out the function to every (Android) user at a later date.
