WhatsApp wants to appease users, makes calls on the PC

WhatsApp started last year in December test the function of calls and video calls on computers. At that time, it was only a beta version for a narrow circle of users. The beta version is now becoming a full-fledged computer application tool. WhatsApp now allows calls and video calls from your computer. It will actually be a possibility to call across all devices that contain WhatsApp. Calls on computers will be encrypted accordingly end-to-end.

This means that WhatsApp and Facebook should not be able to see or hear your calls, which are, of course, promises that users have heard several times, but no one has trusted them twice. On the other hand, the new feature of WhatsApp on a PC is really easy to use. Before you can use the computer version of WhatsApp, you must have an account on a mobile device. Then just install the application for your computer, verify your identity and you can start using the PC version of the social network.

The new feature of WhatsApp on PC (Mac and Windows 10) will initially support individual calls only. WhatsApp promises to extend your PC application to group and video calls sometime in the future. However, the platform has not yet provided any additional information on when we will specifically see the expansion.

Are WhatsApp calls from your computer useful for you?
