Villa singer Pink on sale
Singer Pink puts her Malibu villa on sale. The house has been up for sale for a while, but it’s taking too long. So you can now have it for less.
Pink bought the house in June 2021 for 13.7 million and casually put it up for sale four months later for 15 million dollars. That was a bit too ambitious, because the cottage has still not been sold.
Apparently she wants to get rid of it because she has lowered the price to 14 million dollars. So bargain. And still more than she put down for the house herself, though it’s very little for a house you’ve owned for such a short time.
The 650 square foot lot was built in 1976 by Copacabana singer Barry Manilow. He sold it in 2012 for 5.5 million dollars to a professional hockey player who sold it to a dentist after four years of renovation for 8.7 million. That dentist put a new kitchen in the house and sold the villa to Pink for 13.7 million. So big profit!
The house is fully equipped with oak hardwood floors and everywhere you look you can see the ocean. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom has a fireplace and two walk-in closets. This bedroom has an extra luxurious bathroom with sea view where Pink was able to dye her hair a beautiful pink.
