This app combines the accurate weather forecast for any city with a map showing the changing weather in the surrounding area. Thus, you will be able to see clearly from which region the precipitation is coming or from where the wind is blowing.



For the whole world, you will get forecasts for temperature, precipitation, wind, clouds, atmospheric pressure, snow level and other weather variables at different levels.

In the Ventusky application, the wind is represented in an original way. It is indicated with the aid of serpentines which clearly illustrate the continual evolution of time. The flow is perpetually in motion on our planet and the streamers manage to symbolize this movement in a realistic way. Thanks to this, the interrelation between all the phenomena taking place in the atmosphere appears distinctly.

Weather forecasts are available in the app hour by hour for the first three days. For the following days, they are available in three-hour intervals. You will also be able to view webcam images of a specific location or obtain information about sunrise and sunset.

You will benefit from direct access to data from numerical prediction models. The app collects data from multiple sources. In addition to the relatively well-known data from the American GFS model, it also shows data from the Canadian GEM model and the German ICON model, which stands out for its high resolution for the whole world.
