Planks

A plank is a simple exercise that improves your posture. It is similar to push up but you rest on your elbows. Keep your torso straight and hold the position for as long as you can.

You can do side plank as well. Lie on your left side with your legs straight and prop yourself onto your elbow. Raise your hips until your body forms a straight line. Hold this position while breathing deeply. Repeat on the other side when you are finished.
