Tokyo will mysteriously disappear most of the population -apkrig

The haunting event Ghostwire: Tokyo should be released this year. Despite this, we know relatively little about the novelty of the Japanese studio Tango Gameworks. The team founded by Resident Evil Shinji Mikami’s father has so far given the world two episodes of the classic survival horror film The Evil Within, so I believe that I am not alone who is curious about the next act of these authors. I therefore decided to take a closer look at his tooth and collect various fragments in an effort to get a more complete picture.

Almost all the inhabitants of Tokyo, Japan, disappeared inexplicably, and the city was inhabited by ghosts and mysterious ghosts.

The game was announced in June 2019 on E3 at a Bethesda press conference. Despite its rapprochement with Microsoft Ghostwire: Tokyo remains, like Deathloop, a time exclusivity for PC and PlayStation 5. Unfortunately, unlike Deahloop, we still do not know its exact release date. From the original performance and the first teaser, it might have seemed like a classic hardcore horror, but as it should have been shown over the last year via a gameplayer trailer, and as the developers themselves subsequently confirmed, the scare will probably only work as a backdrop for over-the-top action.

Almost all the inhabitants of Tokyo, Japan, inexplicably disappeared, and the city was inhabited by ghosts and mysterious ghosts. This is an action adventure that we will follow from a first person perspective. The main character has supernatural powers, which he uses in the fight against the mentioned demons. Paranormal abilities will complement the classic duel here, and the authors themselves described this mix as a mixture of magic and karate. The team stressed that although the title contains horror elements, it is much more action-packed than The Evil Within.

The question of whether the studio fits this new genre could certainly be appropriate. Probably also thanks to the roofing of ZeniMax Media, however, the authors were only randomly joined by a person who participated in Doom from 2016 and was specifically in charge of the so-called glory killy. The result is to be a comprehensive combat system with combos and stops. But the fight is to be based mainly on hand gestures, rather than on firearms. By the way, the hero himself will acquire his paranormal powers only during the whole incident, so we will see how he will get to his special abilities. Who exactly you play for, but so far remains a secret, the authors say.

In Ghostwire: Tokyo, we will face a slightly different apocalypse than we are normally used to. Although 99 percent of the population is gone, according to developers, the metropolis continues to resemble a living world. The lights are on, the ads are attacking you every step of the way, only the inhabitants are gone. All that was left of them was their personal belongings. Naturally, our task will be nothing less than to save the city. And with it its inhabitants.

One ghost looks like a child in a yellow raincoat, another wears a white wedding kimono, another, for example, an umbrella. And then there are the headless kindergartens, of course.

Not all ghosts we encounter are necessarily hostile. However, the evil ones can take all possible forms. One looks like a child in a yellow raincoat, another wears a white wedding kimono, another looks like an umbrella. And then there are the headless kindergartens, of course. The design of the enemies is based on traditional Japanese folklore and ghost stories as well as modern urban legends. So one opponent is dressed, for example, as a faceless businessman, which can be understood as an allusion to modern society. Each ghost has a different way of fighting and weaknesses. But we will also meet the remaining survivors, who will each have their own story to tell us.

Tango Gameworks Studio is based in Tokyo, so the city as a backdrop is very important for the authors. The local streets are supposed to be realistic, but it is not clear how open the metropolis will be to us. But it seems that exploration should be an important part of the whole experience. It is also because of him that the authors decided for a first person perspective, but in addition to the survey, the event itself and movement around the world also led them to do so.

Tango Gameworks classically promises great graphics, even though the technical side has not yet taken our breath away. But it would be premature to draw conclusions from a relatively short fast-paced trailer. More interesting may be the promised support for haptic feedback and adaptive triggers of the DualSense driver, as well as the implementation of 3D audio. Of course, there is support for ray tracing, and in the nocturnal rainy Tokyo, there is really no shortage of various reflections, reflections and mirrors.

Shinji Mikami has repeatedly emphasized that Ghostwire: Tokyo is not his child. Although he is always willing to lend a helping hand to developers, consult with them and advise them, he plays the role of executive producer in the project and, according to his words, deliberately does not interfere in the creative vision. With its stylization and mood, the novelty is more reminiscent of the production of the Grasshopper Manufacture studio and dark and crazy games such as Shadows of the Damned, Killer Is Dead or Let It Die, rather than classic horror movies. we’ll see what comes out of it in the end, but maybe it’s a secret for our good, and in the end we’ll be pleasantly surprised that the team saved information during development.
