There is no Parasite from Rainbow Six Quarantine. So far -apkrig

Last week, Ubisoft suggested that the company’s financial results for the past quarter through the company’s boss, Yves Guillemot, suggested that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine could potentially be renamed. He responded to the question of whether the company is not afraid to release a game with this name at a time when the world is facing a global coronavirus pandemic. As it turns out, these plans may have been further than they might have seemed at first.

There has been a lot of speculation about whether a beta awaits us in the foreseeable future, or even whether the game will not be released as a free-to-play title in the end, or will not go straight to PlayStation Plus

MP1st magazine found images in the PlayStation Network database that indicate that the game was renamed Rainbow Six Parasite. In addition, it looks like the game’s release may be closer than hoped last week. At that time, Ubisoft’s CFO Frédérick Duguet said that the game would be released by the end of September at the latest. But it could be much earlier, because the database is probably coming to the game.

In addition to the boot screen and icon, the MP1st also received an image showing the control of the game on Vita through the Remote Play function. There is no doubt that some content related to the game flows on the PSN, but it can be “only” data intended for testing. Despite this, there has been a lot of speculation as to whether a beta awaits us in the near future, or even whether the game will not end up as a free-to-play title, or head straight to PlayStation Plus. However, these are just fan speculations.

Update: An Ubisoft spokesman for VGC and Eurogamer magazines confirmed that the leaked images were authentic, but the name was only temporary. “Although we recently announced that we will change the name of Rainbow Six Quarantine, Parasite is just a placeholder used by our internal team,” he said. It is interesting that renaming is already referred to as a done deal.

The material leaked to the public actually comes from an internal test, as has been speculated. “We can confirm that this is a snippet of the upcoming game and we will soon publish further details, including the official name,” he added.

The original message continues: But the pictures themselves are supposed to be authentic and apparently something around the upcoming news will begin to happen. However, it must be emphasized that, however credible the reports are, they have not yet been confirmed. Ubisoft has not commented on this information yet.

Rainbow Six Quarantine is developed by Ubisoft Montreal and was introduced at E3 in 2019. Players in a three-member team are here to fight an alien parasite. The title targets the PC, PS4, Xbox One and next-gen consoles and, like other games, has struggled with several delays.
