The Switch Pro is supposed to have a more robust stand and an improved -apkrig dock

Last week, Bloomberg reported that Nintendo is set to officially unveil an improved revision of the Switch in the next few days. The state is to do so before the start of the E3 trade fair and allegedly because third-party developers and publishers can talk openly about the titles they are preparing for Switch and the supposed Switch Pro. The British Eurogamer then added information that further details and a complete presentation of the new console will take place at Nintendo’s own presentation at the end of E3, which he sees as referring to his sources as clear matter. That two apparently he is really preparing for something is then indicated by two other independent reports, which appeared at the end of last week and over the weekend. One refers to the Spanish magazine Vandal, which confirms current speculation and brings other alleged details about the new console. The latter then goes to the Amazon website – specifically the Mexican mutation – where the device was to appear briefly in the public part of the database, although it was immediately downloaded and some of the discussants question the credibility of the original leak.

The size of the console should generally correspond to the current dimensions of the Switch, and there have also been several “confirmations” that the Switch Pro will have a 7-inch OLED display.

But let’s start with the information of Vandal, which he brings in his extensive article according to his words exclusive information to be obtained through the Asian peripheral manufacturer. He was supposed to be acquainted with the design of the new console, so it does not bring any deeper technical specifications that fans are eagerly waiting for. Nevertheless, for example, it was said that the size of the console should generally correspond to the current dimensions of the Switch, and there was also several “confirmations” that the Switch Pro will have a 7-inch OLED display. It is said to be set in a much thinner frame, which makes the increase of eight tenths of an inch even slightly greater. Another thing that Vandal reveals through an unnamed peripheral manufacturer is a redesigned stand, which is not one of the most stable in the original console revision. It is supposed to resemble a stand from a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet, so it can be expected that it will have the width of the entire device, and thanks to that we will build a Switch Pro anywhere. It is also interesting that there should still be a slot for a microSD card under the stand, but it should now be on the side of the entire device, which will make it much more accessible.

The Spanish magazine then discusses the docking station, which has been talked about in the past with great hope from the parties for a possible increase in performance. Vandal does not suggest this, but claims that the station will be a little more robust and will bring two additional USB 3.0 ports and an Ethernet port for connecting to the wired Internet. This will be especially useful when downloading larger games, with which the Wi-Fi module in the Switch sometimes has great problems and from time to time it helps nothing more than a few restarts of the device in the event of a sudden jam download. The latest report from Vandal concerns a possible launch date in Europe – although Bloomberg indicated that players will see it at the turn of September and October, the new Switch will not arrive on the old continent until the end of November.

As mentioned above, the Vandal report is supplemented by an alleged report Prussian Switches Pro to the public part of the Mexican Amazon database, which was pointed out on Twitter by a user nicknamed Alphabeat. The photographed part of the page does not bring any details, except for the possible name of the device, which is still speculated about. If this information is credible, maybe a New Nintendo Switch Pro is coming for us, which would be no surprise at all given the way new revisions of previous consoles from Nintendo were named. However, some of the discussants question the authenticity of this leak, because the address and the one cannot be seen in the original screenshot escape to be a quick part of Chrome’s tools. We will leave the verdict to you, as with other protracted speculations, but we sincerely wish that there be an official announcement and we can finally move somewhere.
