The State chooses Orange and SFR for the management of the interministerial network
Orange and SFR were therefore chosen to take care of the management of the State’s interministerial network. This represents an agreement of around 292 million euros, as the journalist Émile Marzolf indicates.

In detail, Orange wins two lots. These are the Premium Fiber IP VPN collection (110.3 million euros) and the Premium Ethernet service (23.2 million euros). SFR follows, which won four prizes. There are the IP VPN Standard Fiber collection services (34.6 million euros), the IP VPN Copper collection (51.5 million euros), the economical IP VPN collection (20 million euros) and the Standard Ethernet service (4.3 million euros).
A seventh lot had already been awarded in August for 4.8 million euros. It concerned management services with a view to assisting the Administration in the project management of the collection networks for the other six lots. Wavestone and Pragma obtained it.

“The purpose of the framework agreement is the acquisition of digital flow routing services (data, voice, videos, etc.) at all of the Administration’s points of presence, with the possible supply of equipment and associated services or benefits ”, indicated the official bulletin of public procurement announcements (BOAMP).
