The Oppo A16 offers Android 11 and a large battery for a low price

We first heard about the Oppo A16 in May, but only now is it officially introduced. This is a lower class phone, which should attract mainly with its price, but we can also count on Android 11 or a large battery. So let’s imagine it.

Oppo A16 is a new cheap phone

It covers the front of the phone 6.52 ″ LCD display with HD + resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. It is disturbed by a teardrop-shaped cutout with 8MP selfie camera, with three more sensors on the back. The main one has a resolution of 13 MPx and there are also two 2MPx sensors – one monochrome and the other macro. The phone is 8.4 mm thick and weighs 190 grams.

The MediaTek Helio G35 chipset is ticking under the hood, which it helps 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. This can be expanded with a microSD card. The endurance is taken care of by a 5,000mAh battery, which is charged via USB-C, but the manufacturer did not mention the charging speed. The system is then ColorOS 11.1, which is based on Android 11. The Oppo A16 will be available in Pearl Blue, Space Silver and Crystal Black and will be based on about 2,900 crowns without tax.
