Samsung F400

In 2008, Samsung released the Samsung F400, a phone that was ideal for playing your music. For this, the phone had a relatively interesting price and also a striking design. The Samsung F400 was not just any slider phone that you could slide out. You could slide the device both up and down. That way, either the Bang & Olufsen speaker or the keyboard appeared. In addition, it was quite unique that the Samsung appeared with a 3.5 millimeter connection. This made listening to music with your own headset easier. In addition, the Samsung F400 was equipped with an FM radio.

When you leaned up at the screen, the keyboard appeared. Below the screen itself will be a circular navigation key that we also saw on the Samsung G600, for example. The screen was a 2.2 inch display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. Furthermore, the Samsung F400 was equipped with a 3.0 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus. There was also a low-resolution front camera for video calls, for example.

The Samsung F400 was provided with a little over 20MB of storage space. You could expand this memory with a microSD memory card. The phone could handle 3G, had Bluetooth and a 960 mAh battery. At the release, the price of the device was around 275 euros.
