The biggest tweaks offered by the confidence mobile application
It is clear, readable and fast. Over the last year it has become a mobile application Trust not only the application with the best rating from users, but also the most frequently rated application of health insurance companies. The highest marks also reap from experts.
The mobile application of the largest private health insurance company is the first of its kind. The trust made it available to its policyholders eight years ago. In the last year, it has added about 150,000 users. At the end of September 2021, almost 380,000 policyholders had downloaded the Confidence app on their mobile phones.
Insured people are accustomed to using the Trust mobile application – it saves them time and offers them a number of benefits. Thanks to it, they can improve by hundreds of euros. Several improvements are added to the apka every year. Here are the biggest tweaks:

Apka Dôvery has become a literally necessary part of the insured’s life in recent months. In July 2021, an EU digital covid card was added to it, which we are now used to using when entering restaurants, for various events and especially when traveling abroad.

As is the case with an insured person’s card, in the case of a covid card, parents also have it in their app for their children. Insured’s ID cards even go hand in hand when they do not currently have an internet connection. In the mobile application, policyholders are shown an e-prescription for which they can choose medicines prescribed at the pharmacy.

It is through the application that Trust policyholders can get financial benefits from the insurance company. One of them is the advantage of Healthy Teeth, thanks to which they receive 30 euros back 5 times a year for treatment at the dentist or dental hygiene. All you need is a photo pad from the cash receipt and you have the money back in your account within 90 days. With a similar system, the insurance company plans to contribute 50 euros to glasses for children from next year.

Don’t you feel fit and are you afraid that it could be, for example, the dreaded covid? In the Confidence app, you can verify your symptoms thanks to the self-diagnostic tool from Infermedica. Just describe your symptoms and answer precisely targeted questions. Artificial intelligence will guide you whether it is enough to get out of the disease with hot tea in bed at home, or rather contact a doctor. Since October, Trust has expanded this service – self-diagnosis can also be used with children.

Date of the last preventive examination, names of medicines used, names of the general practitioner, dentist, pediatrician. You also have this information at your fingertips in the mobile application of the health insurance company. It contains a health card, from which you can also read established diagnoses. The application will also notify you at the right time via a notification that it is time for a preventive inspection.

Self-paying health insurance, ie self-employed persons or voluntarily unemployed people, will appreciate data on the amount of insurance premiums. The advantage is that the payment of the insurance premium can be paid directly through the application for a few clicks.

Apka Trusts allows you to not only draw benefits. It can be said that it benefits its users twice. If you contact the insurance company by phone from the apka, the operator will give you priority. And if you call at non-standard times, a call center employee will call you back.

And finally: you don’t even have to call anywhere. You can change some important data – bank account, e-mail address and phone number – in the Trust application on your mobile.
