The authors of Dishonored are reportedly working on a dark game with vampires -apkrig

Developers from the French studio Arkane are probably working on a new fantasy game with vampires, which is to be introduced during this year’s E3 fair. The information appeared on the Reseter’s discussion portal and an insider with the nickname Point is signed under it. Its history at the mentioned forum can be traced back to 2018 in articles that usually commented on behind-the-scenes events at Microsoft or its collaborating studies. The current news about the dark vampire fantasy project is connected by other readers with recent advertisements of the Austin branch of Arkane and the information that a completely new game is being created in this studio.

Point in several posts claims that the game, codenamed Omen, should be ready for release next year, so players are likely to see a CGI trailer next month. According to the mentioned insider, Bethesda and Microsoft will want to present what fans can expect after the release of Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo, but Starfield, in the last two days, has also been speculating in addition to these two games. Point, like journalist Jeff Grubb, is convinced that the expected game from Bethesda is relatively close and confirms as well as previous speculations about the content involving space travel in the spirit of Outer Wilds or No Man’s Sky. As for the release, Point sees Starfield until the beginning of next year, but we are said to be preparing for a surprise in the form of a full-fledged revelation and a quick follow-up.

However, if we return to the supposed project Omen of Developers from Arkane, it is necessary to remind that it is an independent studio, which in the past connected its forces with, for example, Ubisoft or JoWood. However, he has collaborated with Bethesda on the latest titles – namely Dishonored and Prey – and as they talk about their next play, it is clear that the collaboration with this publisher will continue. If a team in Austin is really working on it, the project has been hinted at before and its traces could be traced, for example, in the biography of Arkane graphic designer Lisa Charrier. At the beginning of the year, she stated that she was working on an unannounced fantasy project in Unreal Engine 4, although she later deleted the mention.
