The Apple Watch Pro would have a 47 mm case and a flat screen
The Apple Watch Pro, which should be announced at the September 7 keynote, would have a 47mm case according to Macotakara. In fact, it would be larger than the Apple Watch Series 7 which exists in 41 and 45 mm.
The 47 mm case for the Apple Watch Pro would notably allow for a larger screen, with this one being 1.99 inches. Moreover, the screen would be completely flat, where existing Apple watches have a curved screen on the edges. The flat screen could help improve the overall durability of the product, which would coincide with what previous rumors have announced. This Pro watch would mainly target extreme athletes and those who do activities such as hiking.
Other features expected for the Apple Watch Pro include a titanium case, longer battery life, extended low power mode, an S8 chip and more.
The September 7 keynote should be the opportunity to have three Apple Watch models in total: two variants of the Series 8 and therefore this Pro model. This conference will also be an opportunity to have the right to iPhone 14. There will be four models this year with two standard models of 6.1 and 6.7 inches, as well as two Pro models with screens of 6, 1 and 6.7 inches. The mini model should disappear from the range.
