The Android Android app now lets you play 4K video on all mobile phones. What does it mean? Thanks to phones capable of shooting 4K video, there is now a lot of content on YouTube in this resolution. Most phone displays are just between 720p and 1440p, so YouTube limited the quality to the resolution of the display itself. Of course, this doesn’t change the resolution at which you will view it. If you have a Full HD display, you will watch the video in Full HD.
