Syberia: The World Before – -apkrig

Gamescom 2021 hasn’t started yet, but we already have a series of first reports that fall under it. Microids released last night with a trailer for Syberia: The World Before, with which it opens pre-orders and also announces the release date. The new part of the well-known series of adventures will be shown on the PC later this year, and players on consoles will have to wait until next year.

The screenplay by writer and comic book author Benoît Sokal will take you on two levels this time – with Kate Walker you will try to survive forced labor in a salt mine in 2004, and 17-year-old Dana Roze in Vaghen shortly before the outbreak of World War II. The 17-year-old girl is a talented pianist, but before her promising career starts, she is thwarted by the fascists.

Along with the trailer, Microids also revealed the content of the digital deluxe edition, where in addition to the game you will also find a soundtrack by the composer Inon Zur, an excerpt from the original script and countless other visual materials. A bonus for those who pre-order the new Syberia is a digital artbook.

Syberia: The World Before is released on December 10, 2021 for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), in 2022 then on consoles.
