Spotify comes with ‘What’s New’ for new releases of your favorites: this is what you can do with it

Music service Spotify has announced a new feature for the apps. It’s about ‘Whats New’, which you can find as a bell at the top of the app.

To discover new music from your favorite artists, you can already visit the Release Radar. It is updated every Friday with new tracks, including from your favorite artists. The new What’s New makes discovering new songs and episodes even easier.

Spotify announces that the What’s New section in the app is being tracked in real time. As soon as your favorite podcast or artist has something new, it will appear in the What’s New section. You can get here by pressing the bell at the top of the Spotify app. A blue dot indicates that new music or a new podcast from something you follow has been released. What’s New also contains filters so that you can find what you are looking for even better.

The feature will be rolled out for Android and iOS in the coming weeks, Spotify said.
