Soulslike action Mortal Shell will also be released on PS5 and Xbox Series -apkrig

In April last year, we informed you for the first time about the promising soulslike event Mortal Shell. Although it is an independent game that is not as demanding on the production of large teams, Mortal Shell was very interested in us, not only in the visual processing, but also in the description of the basic mechanisms and elements. That it was not a coincidence was subsequently confirmed by a review in which Petr gave the game a very nice seven, and if he did not excite you then, the new circumstances may finally convince you to try. The developers from the Cold Symmetry studio announced that they are planning a next-gen upgrade in March, thanks to which the game should look much better on the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles than it was with the last generation device.

The information goes hand in hand with a new trailer to demonstrate the degree of improvement. Of course we don’t talk about remasteru, but it must be admitted that the game has looked through considerably. The most important thing is to confirm the 4K resolution while maintaining 60 fps on both PS5 and Xbox Series X, in the case of a weaker Xbox Series S the image will be rendered in 4K, but reduced to a technical maximum of 1440p at half frame rate per second. The upgrade further increases the resolution of the textures and, in the case of the PS5, also incorporates the haptic response of the DualSense driver. It is said that players will feel specific vibrations if they are close to a new one clipboard the body of a fallen warrior in other moments. Unfortunately, it is not yet known whether the release of the improved version will encourage developers to add new content, as happened in October last year, but hopes are dying last.

“We approached the preparation of next-gen improvements in the same way as in the case of creating the original game – with maximum emphasis on the details that our fans expect and deserve,” the press release mentions. It also adds information that the game will arrive in its PC version on Steam in the summer, leaving the exclusive port on the Epic Games Store platform. If you have not played Mortal Shell and you have already received one of the new consoles, the improved edition will be available from March 4 for 30 euros in the case of digital and physical versions. However, the latter will see a special package, ten euros more expensive, which will include a 140-page artbook with hitherto unseen illustrations from the world of the game and postcards.
