Score points at dinner with these celery fajita wraps


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 celery
  • 1 sachet Santa Maria Crispy Chicken Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • germs of your choice
  • roman lettuce
  • 1 onion
  • 3 dl sour cream
  • 1 sachet Santa Maria Dip Mix American Ranch
  • 1 pack of Santa Maria Tortilla with Whole Wheat & Wheat Large

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Dice the celery. Mix the celery pieces with oil and the Crispy Chicken Seasoning Mix until each piece is well coated.
  3. Place the celery in an oiled baking dish and put it in the oven for 15-18 minutes (or until the celery is golden brown).
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the avocado in slices and the onion in rings.
  5. Mix the sour cream and the American Ranch spice mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the tortillas with the celery, vegetables, sprouts and the ranch dip. Roll them up or fold them up and enjoy!
