Samsung Galaxy Watch4: Official renders reveal design novelty
Samsung will soon introduce the new Samsung Galaxy Watch4 smart watch. However, just before the official presentation, the 91mobiles portal received official renders of the upcoming watches, which reveal not only their design, but also some key specifications.
The design of the new watch is more reminiscent of the Galaxy Watch Active 2 model than its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch 3. The novelty will be available in four colors – black, dark green, silver and gold-pink. According to one of the leaked images, Samsung will also sell colored watch straps separately, with which you can customize their color. It seems that this year’s model will not have a bezel like last year’s and can only be operated using the two buttons on the right.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Watch 4 will be available classically in two sizes – 40 mm and 44 mm. They also offer certification of water resistance 5ATM and resistance MIL-STD 810G, GPS and their display is protected by toughened glass Gorilla Glass DX +.
Galaxy Watch 4 will run on the new Wear OS 3
The Galaxy Watch 4 is expected to be the first watch from Samsung to run on the Wear OS system and not on the Tizen system as previous models. The company confirmed this last month and said that together with Google they created a system with better performance and longer battery life for smart watches not only from Samsung. Wear OS 3 will also make Google Pay available for watches in 26 new countries, and we hope to include Slovakia.
