Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series gets June patch; Nokia 8.1 and 8.3 May Update
Four devices are updated with a new security update. The new update is available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series, and there are also updates available for the Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 8.3.
Updates to Note 10 Series
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are both updated with a new security patch. Samsung has prepared a June 2021 security update for the two devices. From the changelog, which Jan sends us, it appears that no further changes have been made; only the new security update is included. Earlier, the update was rolled out for other smartphones. In addition to the patches from Google, Samsung has also made patches available.
Nokia
Nokia has also started distributing updates for the 8 series. The distribution of the May 2021 security update for two devices has started. The update can be downloaded for the Nokia 8.1 and the Nokia 8.3. Both smartphones will get the update as of now, but it may take a while for everyone to get it; because the update is being rolled out in stages. No other new features have been added to our knowledge.
