Samsung Galaxy A52 receives Android 13 in the Netherlands

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 13 update for the Galaxy A52 4G. In addition to the update to Android 13, the update also includes a security patch in which certain vulnerabilities are closed.

Samsung Galaxy A52 series

The Samsung Galaxy A52 series consists of three phones: the Galaxy A52 4G, the A52 5G and the A52s. All these devices were delivered with Android 11, but were previously updated to Android 12. In the coming weeks, the smartphones will be updated to Android 13. This will not be the last Android upgrade for the A52 series. The devices will receive three major Android upgrades, which means that they will also have access to Android 14.

The Galaxy A52 4G is the first to go. This phone is now getting an update with firmware version A525FXXU4CVJB. This update is 2 GB in size and includes One UI 5.0, Samsung’s latest software shell, which is based on Android 13. The update also brings a November security patch that fixes several security vulnerabilities.

Download Android 13 on Galaxy A52

Samsung will gradually roll out the Android 13 update to more users in the coming days. As soon as the update is available to you, it will be visible in the notifications in the notification bar of your Samsung phone. You can also manually check whether you have received the update.
