Samsung will come next year with a successor to the successful Galaxy A51. Not surprisingly, the device will be named Galaxy A52. The smartphone can now be seen in renders, and we also find out some specs.
Galaxy A52 in renders
Leaker OnLeaks has made itself heard again. The best man has shared footage of the new Samsung Galaxy A52 which will be released next year in the mid-market segment. Reportedly, the smartphone will at least receive support for the 5G network. A logical step, since the Galaxy A42 already appeared with 5G support.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 appears with a 6.5-inch Super-AMOLED screen with a small opening for the front camera. The fingerprint scanner will also be integrated into the screen of the A52. At the back is a quad-camera module that protrudes 1.5 millimeters from the housing. There are no details about the camera. According to the source, the smartphone is made of plastic and uses a metal frame.
Samsung wants to further equip the smartphone with a 3.5 millimeter port. We also see the fresh color in which the Samsung Galaxy A52 will appear anyway. The A52 will have the following dimensions; 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 millimeters, making it a fraction larger than the current Galaxy A51. The price of the device should be converted to around 412 euros (499 dollars). We expect the device to cost around 450-500 euros, given the price of the current A42.
The release of the device is close. This may happen this month or in January. The smartphone should be available on the market at the beginning of 2021.
