Samsung has announced a new smartphone within the A series with the Galaxy A22. Maybe this is your next device.
Why that assumption? Well, the Galaxy A-series is extremely popular in the Netherlands. Logical too, because the recipe tastes good. You have a high-quality Samsung smartphone with excellent specs for a competitive price. And that has characterized the Galaxy A series for a while, which explains its success.
The latest addition is the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G. Having a 6.6-inch FHD TFT screen is quite a big thing. The phone also weighs 203 grams, which is quite substantial. You have 5G connectivity, a 5,000mAh battery and access to 15W fast charging. The camera consists of three units, a 48 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP combo to be exact. On the front is an 8 MP camera. You have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The housing of the phone is made of plastic. This means that the smartphone mainly has to rely on its hardware and not on the appearance. That will feel a bit cheap. However, that’s what the price is for.
