“Samsung does not come with a successor to Galaxy S21 FE: no Galaxy S22 FE”

There is news about Samsung’s Fan Edition smartphones. The manufacturer does not seem to release a successor for the Galaxy S21 FE, so there is probably no Galaxy S22 FE in the pipeline.

No Galaxy S22 FE?

Samsung hit the bull’s eye with the Galaxy S20 FE; a fantastic smartphone with few drawbacks. We also wrote that in our Galaxy S20 FE review. The successor, the S21 FE, also managed to score nicely in our Galaxy S21 FE review, but no longer had the wow factor that its predecessor had.

Samsung would have no plans for the S22 series to release the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE. The reason is not entirely clear. It is quite possible that the S21 FE announcement was too close to that of the S22. The phone hit the shelves just a few weeks earlier than the S22.

According to various sources, about which Sammobile reports, there is therefore no Galaxy S22 FE in the barrel. It is unclear whether there will be a Galaxy S22 Lite or the like, as was the case with the S10 series with the S10 Lite. Samsung itself has not responded to the messages. The fact that the type number SM-S900, which would be in line with previous models, is not used, would also be a clear indication, according to the colleagues, that there will be no S22 FE.
