Saints Row returns in a new reboot -apkrig

Even before this year’s Gamescom started, we had the opportunity to participate in advance of the presentation of the new part of the open world event Saints Row from the Volition studio and see the game in action. This is a reboot through which the authors want to return to the roots of the brand. At the same time, while watching the game, I couldn’t help but remember the competitive series Just Cause from Avalanche Studios, because it seems that we will spend more time outside the city and similar activities.

We head to the fictional metropolis of Santo Ileso, which lies in the heart of the American Southwest. In this world, criminal gangs are fighting for power, and we will take one of them. Together with our friends, we will form the new Saints and try to build our own criminal empire. The authors say that Saints are like a startup, this “company” is just doing business in crime. The team promises the largest and best world Volition has ever created. It is supposed to be a real sandbox full of missions, destruction and activities.

We should get the same freedom when it comes to creating a character. We are supposed to get a lot of customization tools, with the help of which we will create our own character, our cars and the whole gang. Then we will start the action and chases, and when the developers say together, they don’t just think about your friends controlling artificial intelligence. The local world spreads across nine unique regions, which are surrounded by a majestic desert. We have to gain power here block by block and control the streets that rival gangs are seeking to dominate. We will sit not only in cars, but also on motorcycles, airplanes, helicopters, hovercraft, and we will also have a wingsuit at our disposal.

According to them, the authors knew from the beginning that they wanted to make a new Saints Row, but at the same time they wanted to bring new faces to the studio so that the brand would be fresh again. Thanks to this, the local world should be more colorful and colorful, while each region has its own atmosphere, theme, mood and inhabitants. However, it should amaze us not only in terms of area, but also its verticality. Three new competing very different factions will stand in your way – Los Panteros, Marshall Defense Industries and The Idols. Of course, they also come with their own specific identity and style.

If you control some part of the city, you can start your own business here. It is up to you to decide where and in what exactly you will do business. Reboot is supposed to be the largest, richest and most ambitious Saints Row ever. The series is to return to its strengths and for the first time ever we are to witness the birth of Saints. This is said to be just the beginning and the developers will soon share other tweaks, promise Volition. According to them, we can look forward to moments that we will only experience in Saints Row.
