RTL XL stops permanently: programs from now on on Videoland
The end of RTL XL is in sight and the service will stop. From 2023, all your favorite programs from RTL XL will go to Videoland.

RTL XL stops permanently
Are you also such a fan of ‘The Masked Singer’ or ‘Het Perfecte Plaatje’, but do you ever miss the broadcast? Then you can always watch the program on RTL XL. You can watch where and when you want: on your iPhone, iPad or smart TV.
The episodes can be watched for free on TV up to 7 days after the broadcast with advertisements. At least while you still can. RTL XL will stop in 2023.
But what happens to your favorite programs when RTL XL stops? No worries. They all go to Videoland. According to rumors, Videoland will then launch a fourth subscription that will contain all RTL XL content. The new subscription will be free, but will have advertising.
That RTL XL stops is of course not fun, but there is also good news. Videoland now has a limited time offer during Black Friday. You will then receive the first 6 months of Videoland Basis for €2.99 per month (normally €4.99 per month). NB! The offer is only valid until November 28, 2022.
Subscription to Videoland
At Videoland you can choose from three different subscriptions. The cheapest subscription of 4.99 euros per month is called Videoland Basis and has advertising. With the subscription you can watch all programs on the service without limitation.
In addition, with the basic subscription you can only use one screen at a time and you do not have a download option. Videoland Plus has no advertising, but then you have to pay a little more: 8.99 euros per month.
