Robo dog Xiaomi CyberDog will be exhibited in stores

After the Chinese company Xiaomi officially showed its robotic dog named CyberDog, there was, of course, great interest in this mechanical “companion”. The machine, which is a competitor to the more famous Spot from Boston Dynamics, is supposed to start selling massively, but so far it is just showing. Those interested in an immediate tour already know the time and place. The company decided to take it between September 3 and 26 for demonstrations in stores. Before you start cheering, we must warn you that this applies to Xiaomi stores in China.

As expected, the novelty attracts a lot of attention and many fans of modern technology would like to see it with their own eyes. Luckily for Chinese customers and curious people in hundreds of selected stores there. Xiaomi CyberDog, which is capable of fully autonomous movement (and according to various fantasies and effective combat), should start in a hitherto unknown time sell for 10 thousand yuan, ie about 33 thousand crowns. That’s more than half the amount that Boston Dynamics says to his robo dog. It will be interesting to see how much (and if at all) these two companies will compete for regular customers.

Would you like such a companion home?
