Revealing Survival Abandoned is postponed for a few days -apkrig

The developers from the Dutch studio Blue Box Game don’t let us sleep. We wrote about their survival horror film Abandoned in detail last week, but not in connection with the game as such, but with the conspiracies that revolve around it. There are many indications that potentially point to Hide Kojima’s involvement, so players are burning the theory that this could be another attempt to bring back the Silent Hill series. We should have learned the truth yesterday, using a trailer rendered in a special application directly on PlayStation 5, but it was not revealed when the developers had to postpone the premiere for a few days. However, they themselves probably have a problem informing about such simple matters, especially on Twitter and in just two sentences, as they first mention the three-day postponement due to localization problems and immediately add a new premiere date, which falls on Friday 25 June. Three days, or five, but it probably doesn’t matter – there is only more room for speculation and guaranteed messageswhich, however, can easily lead to very great disappointment.

The clues, which in many cases we strongly doubt, were also “discussed” by the journalist Jason Schreier over the weekend and underwent an interesting development in his opinion on Abandoned. After examining the first hints, according to his statements on Twitter, he was 100% convinced that this was Kojim’s work and he also shared short video with an answer from moderator Geoff Keighley in response to a question about the game. “Hasan [Kahraman, ředitel Blue Box Game Studios] Some time ago, he suddenly wrote me a private message to see if I could help them uncover their game over the summer. So hold on, and I think I’ll be able to share more information with you, “said Keighley. He recalled a very special interview with Joakim Mogren – the director of the fictional studio Moby Dick, which worked on Phantom Pain, which later gave birth to the fifth Metal Gear Solid – which Keighley also “helped” with the discovery, and something similar could potentially happen to Abandoned.

But as Schreier delved deeper into the information, he began to doubt it, and a few hours ago he ended up saying that even if he liked to believe in some sophisticated riddle, he wouldn’t be surprised by one big disappointment. The reason why we deal with his opinion is primarily his attitude as an investigative journalist, but he is certainly not the only one who has a very divided view on the whole matter. Schreier then refuted that he should be in any way connected with the marketing of the emerging game precisely because of the way he has been informing about the games in recent years and intends to simply wait for what will eventually be the project. However, players are still searching and looking for reasons that support and refute the assumptions that this is a project of Hide Kojima, such as pointing out the quality of processing the first teaser.

According to one of the discussants the developers from the Blue Box Game used already created scenes from the library of paid assets for the Unreal Engine, specifically the Procedural Forest from January this year. The package can be purchased for an acceptable $ 35 and the screenshots also include a snow-covered variant, which – we admit – is strikingly reminiscent of what we have seen from Abandoned so far. On the other hand, there are rumors that Sony is carefully monitoring the projects, and especially those to which it pays above-standard care in the form of the aforementioned application for revealing the trailer and subsequent gameplay demonstrations. OF proofthat Blue Box Game Studios may be fraudsters, so it happened evidencethat this is only a part of marketing, with which “no one would spend more than the necessary amount of time”, and that is why it would be appropriate to use the already prepared scene from the Unreal Engine store.

But whatever the outcome, the developers, beyond the trailer postponement report, explained that the word BLUE from the name of their studio does not refer to color, but is an acronym for Best Level User Experience. At the same time, they confirmed that Abandoned was aimed at the PC in addition to the PS5, and warned against fake e-mails that were supposed to offer the game for sale or pre-order. They explain that except for the purchase option, it will happen exclusively through the PS Store, and until then, all such offers can be considered fake.
