President Nintendo refutes speculation about Switch Pro -apkrig

In the weeks preceding this year’s E3 trade fair, in addition to Starfield, there was also speculation about a possible introduction of an improved version of the Switch. Bloomberg was very confident in his prediction and claimed that the console would be unveiled before E3, especially so that third-party developers and publishers could talk about it in connection with their titles. According to other indications, the official performance was to take place during the Nintendo conference, and according to these predictions, the console was supposed to wait this autumn. But none of these points occurred, Nintendo no improved version of the Switch on E3 did not bring and a few days later US President Doug Bowser expresses his surprise in an interview with The Washington Post. He states that Switchi is doing great even in his fifth year of life and in combination with a long list of expected titles, change is probably not on the agenda yet.

Nintendo is not about making progress just because it would he had some take place and it is becoming clear that even with the strong sales of the current Switch, it is hiding an upgrade to a later date.

“We’re still working on technology and how it can enhance the gaming experience,” says Bowser. From his point of view – and we think that speaks for the whole of Nintendo – improving the experience is the most important thing, and it is said that the whole company must always think about where and how the new technology can be applied. “Do you want to use it on the current generation of hardware, or will you wait for a new one? And what is the right experience associated with improved technology? There are a number of factors involved, and this is an area that we are constantly working on, “explained Doug Bowser.

He then talks about the current version of the Switch, which of course includes a light revision without detachable Joy-Con, in superlatives and adds an argument that apparently pushes the introduction of the supposed Switch Pro further than we might think. “As the Nintendo Switch enters its fifth year of existence, it redefines the concept of console lifecycle and how fresh it can be due to the high cadence of new content,” Bowser said of Nintendo’s current mood about a highly successful console. He also adds that Japanese companies are not making progress just because they would he had some take place and it is becoming clear that even with the strong sales of the current Switch, it is hiding an upgrade to a later date.

Regardless of Bowser’s words, speculation about the Switch Pro remains in the air, and we are certainly inclined to believe that the previously cited sources did not invent. This is mainly information that is supposed to come from suppliers – in this case from Samsung, which is supposed to contribute with its OLED displays – but the timing of the show and the launch itself still remains the responsibility of Nintendo, and we would not be surprised if the parties’ persistent restraint and with it sales to end customers.
