Oppo rolls out August update for Find X2 Pro and Find X3 Pro

For two devices from Oppo, the manufacturer has started rolling out a new update. The high-end models of this and last year will receive the August update.

August update for Oppo

Oppo is early to roll out the latest security patch for Android. Eric informs DroidApp that both his Oppo Find X2 Pro and the Oppo Find X3 Pro will be updated with the August 2021 security update. This update was officially released by Google at the beginning of this month.

As far as we know, the update does not bring any new features or changes. So a new security patch in which, on top of the patches from Google, manufacturers usually also tackle security vulnerabilities themselves. The update is now being rolled out to users of the Oppo Find X2 Pro and Find X3 Pro. When it is available for your device, you will receive a notification on your smartphone.
