Oppo Reno 4 Gets May Patch; Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro gets MIUI 12.5 update

A new update is ready for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. It is the update to MIUI 12.5. There is also an update for Oppo’s Reno 4. We list the details.

Redmi Note 10 Pro with update

Xiaomi has prepared the update to MIUI 12.5 for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Marco informs us that the smartphone can download the update from now on. If we can believe the changelog of the update, the phone is even faster after the upgrade. In addition, the device responds more directly to gestures, the display power has been improved and several things have been optimized. Furthermore, security update May 2021 will be included.

Oppo Reno 4

Reader Brother informs us that his Oppo Reno 4 is getting updated with a new software update. Oppo will roll out security update for the device in May 2021. In the changelog we see a series of improvements. This addresses flickering in the screen, issues with Split Screen, the light mode where app icons sometimes went dark, and issues where recordings could not be saved. Also, the option ‘Clone phone’ sometimes caused crashes, and that has been addressed.
